Good evening Wrigglers,
I would like to thank you all for your continued hard work during this very odd time!!
Whilst I was running (outside!) this morning I was listening to BBC Radio 5 Live and the stories about how businesses across the UK are unsure about what to do as they are already struggling with the drop in business. I would like to reiterate that we are in an extremely strong position BUT, we must keep everything up and running on their behalf! It is the time for all businesses (not just ours) to think outside of the box, be reactive and execute new ideas which maybe outside their comfort zone! We need to assist them in doing this so any idea you have for our clients to keep them going no matter how silly or ‘out there’ you think they are please voice them amongst the team or to me. I cannot reiterate enough how much the clients appreciate it!
The work which you all are putting in is keeping our clients alive. You are helping them get their message out there to their suppliers, customers and workforce and we must continue to do this are in a very positive way! We need to keep this up. This situation changes on a day-to-day basis which means we must continue to be reactive as the messages they need to push out are constantly changing!
I would like to remind you all to please keep strong and healthy. It is essential that as a team we also pull together and help one another. Some find it tough working from home (you seem to be doing great so far) to check in on your colleagues and make sure they are ok!
I will continue to keep in close contact with our customers and I am speaking with them at regular intervals, some of them on a daily basis and they are thankful for that but they are more thankful for the work you are putting in. In some cases busineeses are doing well during this time, for example; MIKO their enquiries have gone up, Grisport do not seem to want to go anything less that 100mph & other clients are still asking for additional quotes.
Our service at Wriggle is what it is because of all of you and once again, I thank you for your hard work, diligence, patience and perseverance.
Remember…..Keep Calm and Wriggle On but, most of all WELL DONE!!
